Job Specification

Dril-Quip (Europe) Limited are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team on a permanent basis. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation, advertising and updating of all job vacancies in line with DQ Recruitment Procedures
  • Ensuring that all CV’s are uploaded to the recruitment module of the HRIS
  • Specific individual responsibility to recruit business and time critical positions as identified by the HR team
  • Reviewing of CV’s and liaising with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback
  • Undertaking proactive candidate searches as required
  • Liaising with agencies on the preferred supplier list and identifying new specialised agencies where gaps exist
  • Liaising closely with executive search companies as and when required
  • Tracking applications in the HRIS and ensuring information is up to date at all time
  • Assisting hiring managers with interviews
  • Responding to job applications in a timely manner providing feedback as appropriate
  • Providing advice an support for positions which are difficult to fill
  • Working closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure that all required authorisations have been obtained
  • Ensuring vacancy status and all records are up to date at all time
  • Preparing of weekly recruitment statistics and reports
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the HR team as required

Qualifications and Skills

  • CIPD or Recruitment Qualification is preferred
  • Extensive recruitment experience, including competency based interviewing
  • Extensive experience of HR and Recruitment systems
  • Aptitude for systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management / organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of administering psychometric testing is preferred
